Volunteering for the Fair
Please help out the NWNJBA by signing up for a time slot at the Warren County Fair beekeeping booth. During this time, you can help with selling honey, answering questions, working in the demonstration booth, and handing out brochures. Thank you for your help!

If you have used the club’s resources (Managed Mentoring, honey extractor), you are requested to take at least one shift at one fair in exchange.

Fair Passes: Contact the fair chairperson to obtain entry passes.
Entering the Honey Show
Prep and submit your honey entries.

To participate in the honey show you must be a member in good standing with the NJBA.

LOCATION GUIDANCE
- You can park in the participant parking lot at the front of the fairgrounds but we recommend that you park in the back parking lot.
- Workers at the Back Gate and Vendor Gate entrances are normally familiar with the idea NWNJBA volunteers will be working the show.

Finding the recommended
parking lot and our booth:

We suggest you turn off County Route 519 to Belview Road (see the map)
​
- Belview will take you to Stryker Road.
- At Stryker make a right and park in the parking lot on the right.*
* Sometimes the fair committee reserves that parking lot for different events throughout the fair. If that is the case you can park in the lot on the opposite side of Stryker road (on the left after turning on Stryker).

- Come in the Vendor Gate. Continue up the path and follow it into the building on the left. We are on the right before the first doorway.
